There are no refunds for online registrations. If you cancel after December 21, no refunds will be honored however, you will still be given access to the online content. All in-person registration cancellations made by December 21 will be converted to an online registration at $299 and refunded the remaining registration fee. Requests for refunds of the in-person conference registration fee can be honored only if made in writing to NSBA at by Tuesday, December 21. There is a limit of one state association staff, executive, or representative complimentary registration. General session recordings will be available one week after the event has concluded.

Given this advice and the current COVID conditions in Washington, D.C. The House is not in session that week, the Senate is in session, and the Attending Physician’s Office recently recommended that Capitol Hill staff telework and further limit in-person meetings to fight the spread of COVID.
